Fired up and resolute, Jenn Turner is vying to be your next Vice President of Local 1944! Armed with a decade of unwavering dedication to the union, she's not just a participant; she's been a relentless trailblazer, ascending from Shop Steward to National Executive Board Member as Trustee. 

She continues to pursue excellence and is a proud recipient of the Rudychuk Scholarship, completing a transformative 6-month Staff Internship with USW District 3. As Casual Staff Rep, she shadowed staff reps from across the District 3 provinces and gained valuable knowledge on bargaining prep and sat in on bargaining for a Local, in Trail BC.

Dedicated union activist, fiercely defending her Unit members through filing of grievances. Jenn has dedicated herself to mentoring and teaching the leaders of tomorrow.

Her organizing triumphs include four Starbucks unionizations in Alberta, with two ratified agreements and two in negotiations. She was instrumental in organizing 250 workers at ADT in Calgary, resulting in a recently ratified agreement. 

As your Vice President, she's not just promising change; she's a force ready to ignite progress! With her at the helm, Local 1944 is in for an electrifying journey toward a stronger union.
